These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the ClassMaster Intelligence platform, programs, and services.
ClassMaster Intelligence ("CMi", "we", "us", or "our") operates the online coaching and membership platform at classmaster.ezycourse.com. Our registered address is Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.

By accessing or using our platform, creating an account, or purchasing any CMi program or membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our platform or services.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify members of material changes by email. Your continued use of the platform following notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.
The Free Community is available at no cost and provides access to selected resources, community forums, and a monthly free live event. Access to the Free Community may be modified or discontinued at our discretion with reasonable notice to members.
The Conversation Lab is a paid membership ($59 AUD per month or $499 AUD per year) providing access to weekly sessions, session replays, the full resource library, communication frameworks, and the peer community. Sessions may be live or pre-recorded.
Elite Membership ($199 AUD per month or $1,999 AUD per year) includes everything in the Conversation Lab plus direct 1:1 coach messaging with responses typically within one business day, priority session access, deeper curriculum access, exclusive Elite resources, and first access to new programs.
Elite Pro Membership ($549 AUD per month or $5,490 AUD per year) includes everything in Elite Membership plus two monthly flexible coaching credits, redeemable as: two private 30-minute coaching sessions; one coaching session and one document review and edit; or two document reviews and edits. Document reviews are limited to 4 pages per document at size 11 font with double line spacing and standard margins. Credits are issued monthly and do not roll over to the following month.
The Melbourne Immersion is a private, fourteen-day residential program in Melbourne, Australia. Pricing starts from $75,000 AUD and is confirmed following a consultation. A non-refundable deposit of $5,000 AUD is required upon acceptance to confirm placement. We do not accept payment before a consultation has taken place. The program includes five-star Melbourne accommodation for thirteen nights, most meals, professional networking introductions, and fifty hours of personalised coaching. Detailed terms specific to the Melbourne Immersion are confirmed in writing at the time of acceptance.
Speak with Confidence course lessons and modules are one-time purchases (not subscriptions) providing ongoing access to the purchased content for as long as the CMi platform operates. Individual lessons are $69 AUD each; a complete module (four lessons) is $199 AUD. Modules are released progressively; lesson and module availability at any time is as shown on the platform. The course is designed for independent self-paced study and may also be used alongside any CMi membership; no membership is required. Course content is included with Elite and Elite Pro memberships for the duration of the membership. Course purchases are for personal, non-transferable use by the purchasing account holder. As digital content supplied immediately upon purchase, refunds for change of mind are not provided once course content has been accessed; nothing in this section limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
We reserve the right to modify the content, schedule, format, and delivery of our programs. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes. If a material change significantly affects the value of a paid membership, we will offer a pro-rata refund for the affected period.
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely through our platform provider EzyCourse. We accept major credit and debit cards.
Monthly memberships are billed on a recurring basis on the same date each month. Annual memberships are billed annually on the date of purchase. By providing payment details, you authorise us to charge the applicable fee on the agreed billing schedule.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to contact you. Access to paid features may be suspended until payment is received.
Prices are subject to change. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price increases to existing members. Your continued use of the service after the effective date of a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new price.
You may cancel a monthly membership (Conversation Lab, Elite, or Elite Pro) at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to the platform until that date. No partial refunds are provided for unused days within the current billing period.
Annual memberships may be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the annual period for which you have paid. Annual memberships are non-refundable except as provided in Section 7 below or as required by applicable law.
The $5,000 AUD deposit paid upon acceptance is non-refundable under any circumstances. Cancellation of the Melbourne Immersion after the deposit is paid and before the program commences does not entitle the participant to a refund of the deposit or any additional amounts paid. Specific cancellation terms are confirmed in writing at the time of acceptance.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, engage in conduct that is harmful to other members or our team, or for any other reason at our reasonable discretion. In cases of termination due to breach, no refund will be provided.
Monthly memberships: No refunds are provided for monthly membership fees once charged, except where required by the Australian Consumer Law.
Annual memberships: Annual memberships are non-refundable after 14 days from the date of purchase. If you cancel within 14 days of your initial annual purchase and have not made substantial use of the membership (as determined at our reasonable discretion), we will provide a full refund of the annual fee.
Melbourne Immersion deposit: The $5,000 AUD deposit is non-refundable.
Australian Consumer Law: If any of our services fail to meet a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a remedy. This policy does not limit those rights.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these standards and to suspend or terminate accounts where violations occur.
All content on the ClassMaster Intelligence platform — including sessions, recordings, frameworks, written resources, worksheets, and course materials — is the intellectual property of ClassMaster Intelligence and is protected by Australian and international copyright law.
Your membership grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use platform content for your own personal development purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, or create derivative works from any CMi content without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of any original work you submit through the platform (such as documents submitted for review). By submitting work, you grant us a limited licence to review, edit, and provide feedback on that work for the purpose of delivering our services to you.
ClassMaster Intelligence provides English communication coaching and professional development services. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or improvements. Individual results will vary based on the effort, engagement, and prior experience of each participant.
Our coaching services are not a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice. Any professional introductions made through the Melbourne Immersion program are provided as a facilitation service only. We make no representations about the suitability of any introduced party for your particular needs.
While we take reasonable care to ensure the accuracy of our content, we make no warranties about the completeness, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of any materials provided through the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClassMaster Intelligence's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of our services is limited to the total fees paid by you to us in the three months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia in respect of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services.
